Objective To investigate the effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside ( GM1 ) combined with hyperba ric oxygen in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning ( DEACMP ). Methods 41 cases with DEACMP were randomly divided into therapy group ( 21 cases ) and control group ( 20 cases ). The basic treatment of two groups was hyperbaric oxygen, and then therapy group was treated with GM1 injection 100 mg/d which lasted 14 days, then 40 mg/d which lasted 16 days. The changes of MMSE were measured in two groups before and after treatment, and clinical effect were assessed. Results The score of MMSE improved obviously after treatment in both of the two groups ( P < 0.01 ),and there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.01 ). The total effective rate was 90.5% in treatment group, and 70.0% in control group, the different between therapy group and control group was significant ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of GM1 combined with hyperbaric oxygen has favorable effect on DEACMP, which can be used extensively.%目的 探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的临床疗效.方法 将41例DEACMP患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例,2组给予高压氧等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用GM1(100 mg静脉滴注,每天1次,14d;之后40 mg静脉滴注,每天1次,16 d).治疗前后均用MMSE智力量表进行智能评分及疗效评定.结果 2组治疗后MMSE评分明显好转(均P<0.01),且2组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率(90.5%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 GM1联合高压氧治疗DEACMP疗效好,值得临床推广.
