芪苈强心胶囊佐治慢性右心衰竭30例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficiency of Qiliqiangxin capsule in treatment of chronic right heart failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic right heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine therapy of western medicine; however, the patients in treatment group, on the basis of routine therapy, were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule, with a treatment course of one month for both groups. The patients'TCM symptoms, grading of cardiac function, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) , LVEF and Tei index were observed in both groups. Results (1 ) The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86.7% and 63.3% respectively, and there were significant differences between two group ( P <0. 05). (2) The concentration of plasma BNP in two groups were reduced, but the differences were significant ( P <0.05). And the reduction of this index in treatment group was superior to that in control group ( P <0.05). (3) The levels of LVEF and Tei index in two groups were improved after treatment ( P < 0.05) The improvement of these two indexes in treatment group was superior to those in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with western medicine routine therapy on chronic right heart failure is superior to that of single use of western medicine routine therapy.%目的 观察芪苈强心胶囊佐治慢性右心衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将60例慢性右心衰竭患者按就诊先后分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.对照组用常规西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊,2组均以1个月1个疗程.观察对比2组治疗前后中医症候、心功能分级、脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及Tei指数变化情况.结果 (1)临床疗效:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7％和63.3％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；(2)血浆BNP浓度:治疗组血浆BNP浓度与对照组均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P ＜0.05)；(3)LVEF及Tei指数:与治疗前比较,2组治疗后LVEF及Tei指数均有明显改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P＜0.05).结论 芪苈强心胶囊联合西医常规治疗慢性右心衰竭疗效优于西医常规治疗,且具有良好的安全性.
