Objective To observe Qiliqiangxin capsule on vascular endothelial function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 130 cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group (oral captopril tablets,12. 5mg/times, three times a day in the conventional therapy ) 60 cases, the treatment group (conventional treatment based on o-ral stilbene Lepidii cardiac capsules , 4/times, three times daily) in 70 cases, treatment for four weeks .Two groups of pa-tients before and after treatment were observed plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and other indicators of change .Results Qiliqiangxin treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment, serum ET and NT-proBNP levels in patients decreased significantly ( t =6.530,26.862, P <0.01), NO, CGRP levels increased significantly ( t =5.955,9.748, P <0.05, P <0.01), significantly improved symp-toms of heart failure, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (χ2 =2.357, 2.589, P <0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsules effectively protect endothelial function of patients with chronic systolic heart failure ,and improve heart failure symptoms and the degree of chronic heart failure .%目的：观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将130例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组60例在常规治疗基础上口服卡托普利片，12．5 mg/次，每天3次；治疗组70例在常规治疗基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊，4粒/次，每天3次。疗程均为4周。分别观察2组患者治疗前后血浆内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（CNO）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）、血清N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平以及心脏超声心动图等指标变化。结果治疗4周后，治疗组患者血清ET水平明显下降，NO、CGRP水平显著上升（ t ＝7．694、117．850、27．727， P均＜0．01），血清NT-proBNP水平明显降低（ t ＝26．862， P ＜0．01），且治疗组均明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05， P ＜0．01）。2组心功能及中医证候均明显改善，治疗组总有效率均优于对照组（χ2＝2．357、2．589， P ＜0．05）。与治疗前比较，2组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD 均下降，LVEF明显提高（ P均＜0．01），且治疗组优于对照组（P ＜0．05， P ＜0．01）。结论芪苈强心胶囊可保护慢性心收缩性力衰竭患者血管内皮功能，改善心力衰竭症状及程度，有效治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭。
