认知功能障碍对老年2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响

摘要

Objective To investgate the influence of cognitive impairment on quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were screened with MMSE and SF-36, there were 50 patients in the hypertension with cognitive impairment group (case group) and 62 patients in the hy-pertension without cognitive impairment group ( control group ) , and SF-36 score was compared between the above two groups . Results The physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, social functioning, mental health, role-emotional, vitality and general health in case group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of the type 2 diabetes mellitus elderly patients with cognitive impairment is worse .We should pay attention to cognitive impair-ment and conduct psychological regulation in order to decrease the cognitive impairment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elde rly people.%目的：明确认知功能障碍对老年2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响。方法对老年2型糖尿病患者112例进行简短精神状态量表（ MMSE）及SF-36量表测定，分为2型糖尿病合并认知功能障碍组50例（观察组）和2型糖尿病不合并认知功能障碍组62例（对照组），比较2组生化指标及SF-36量表评分的变化。结果观察组与对照组HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、HoMA-IR等生化指标比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0照．05），而观察组的生理功能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和心理健康等8个维度得分均较对照组明显降低（P ＜0．01）。结论老年2型糖尿病合并认知功能障碍患者的生命质量降低，临床工作中应重视老年2型糖尿病患者的认知功能，采取相应措施，减少认知功能障碍的发生。
