女性糖尿病患者鼾症、睡眠时长与心血管疾病标志物的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate women with type 2 diabetes and snore , and the correlation between sleep length and markers of cardiovascular disease .Methods One hundred and twenty one female cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and snoring were enrolled , questionnaire survey of the general situation , sleep duration and snoring frequency were investigated , depending on the frequency of snoring , they were divided into occasionally ( n =13 ) , rarely ( n =79 ) , often ( n =29 ) , and according to sleep length, they were divided into ≤5 h ( n =15), 6 ~7 h ( n =56), 8 h ( n =29), ≥9 h( n =21).Analyzed the correlation with cardiovascular disease associated markers .Results There were differences of HDL-C, TG,CRP and sTNFαRII levels in patients with different snoring frequency , high frequency of snoring patients ’ serum TG, CRP and sTNFαRII were increased and HDL-C were decreased ( P <0.05), and TC, LDL-C levels did not show statistical significance( P >0.05).Different sleep length patients with different CRP level ( P <0.01), increased sleep time with higher CRP levels ( P <0.01), the differences of other indexes did not show statistical significance ( P >0.05).Conclu-sion Snoring frequency and duration of sleep , blood lipid level and inflammatory indicators were correlated , which provides a theoretical basis for explaining the relationship between snoring and cardiovascular disease , metabolic disease .%目的：研究女性2型糖尿病患者鼾症以及睡眠时长与心血管疾病标志物的相关性。方法女性2型糖尿病伴鼾症患者121例，对其一般情况、睡眠时长以及鼾症频率进行问卷调查，根据不同打鼾频率分为偶尔（ n ＝13）、很少（ n ＝79）、经常（ n ＝29），又根据睡眠时长分为≤5 h（ n ＝15）、6～7 h（ n ＝56）、8 h（ n ＝29）、≥9 h（ n ＝21），分析其与心血管疾病标志物的相关性。结果不同打鼾频率患者HDL-C、TG、CRP、sTNFαRII水平差异有统计学意义，打鼾频率高的患者血清TG、CRP、sTNFαR II较高，HDL-C较低（ P ＜0@．05），而TC、LDL-C水平差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。不同睡眠时长患者CRP水平差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01），睡眠时间长者CRP水平增高（P ＜0．01），其他指标差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论鼾症频率和睡眠时间与血脂水平以及炎性标志物相关联，为解释鼾症与心血管疾病、代谢疾病发病的相关性提供了理论基础。
