IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、NKG2D在晚期肺癌患者中的表达及意义

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of serum levels of IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α, NKG2D in patients with lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, 52 cases of lung cancer patients were selected as the research object.50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group.Serum IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α, NKG2D levels were detected, and the serum IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α, NKG2D levels and age, smoking history, course of the disease, lung cancer staging, pathological type and BMI were collected for correlation analysis.Results Lung cancer group serum IFN-γ, NKG2D level were lower than those in the healthy control group with significant difference ( t =10.098, t =8.726, P <0.01); Different types of lung cancer’ s serum IL-6, IFN-γ,TNF-α,indexes of NKG2D level had no obvious difference ( t =1.272, t =0.098, t =0.978, t =1.079, P >0.05);Serum IL-2, IFN-γ,TNF-α,NKG2D levels in differ-ent lung cancer stage had significant differences ( F =6.762, F =9.218, F =10.977, F =11.033, P <0.01).The lung cancer group, serum IL-6,TNF-αlevel higher than the healthy control group, with significant difference ( P <0.01); With the increase of lung cancer stage, serum IFN-γ, NKG2D levels were decreased, and the differences between stage 4 and 3 were significant ( P <0.01);With the increase of lung cancer stage, serum IL-6, TNF-αlevel is increased, and the differ-ences between stage 4 and 3 were significant ( P <0.01);Serum IFN-γ, NKG2D and negatively correlated with lung cancer stage ( r =-0.251, r =-0.315, P <0.05), serum IL-6, TNF-αwas positively associated with lung cancer stage ( r =0.402, r =0.298, P <0.05).Serum IL-6, NKG2D expression was positively correlated ( r =-0.308, P <0.05), IFN-γand TNF-αwere negatively correlated ( r =-0.307, P <0.05).Conclusion The expression of the IFN-γ, NKG2D re-vealed lower expression in serum of patients with lung cancer, and IL-6, TNF-αwere increased in patients with lung cancer, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α, NKG2D are closely associated with lung cancer and its progress.%目的:探讨晚期肺癌患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、自然杀伤细胞活化受体2D(NKG2D)的表达及意义。方法选择2011年1月—2013年12月收治的晚期肺癌患者52例为研究对象。另选择健康者50例为健康对照组。检测受试者血清IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、NKG2D水平,并对其与年龄、烟龄、病程、肺癌分期、病理类型、体质量指数(BMI)进行相关性分析。结果肺癌组患者血清IFN-γ、NKG2D水平低于健康对照组( t =10.098、8.726, P <0.01),IL-6、TNF-α水平高于对照组( t =7.262、8.978, P <0.01);不同类型肺癌之间血清IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、NKG2D水平等无明显差异( t =1.272、0.098、0.978、1.079, P >0.05);不同肺癌分期血清IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、NKG2D水平存在显著差异( F =6.762、9.218、10.977、11.033, P <0.01)。随着肺癌分期的增加,血清IFN-γ、NKG2D水平呈下降趋势,IV期、III期比较差异均有显著性( P <0.01);随着肺癌分期的增加,血清IL-6、TNF-α水平呈上升趋势,IV期、III期比较差异均有显著性( P <0.01);血清IFN-γ、NKG2D与肺癌分期呈负相关( r =-0.251、-0.315, P <0.05),血清IL-6、TNF-α表达与肺癌分期呈正相关( r =0.402、0.298, P <0.05),血清IL-6、NKG2D表达之间呈负相关( r =-0.308, P <0.05),血清IFN-γ、TNF-α表达之间呈负相关( r =-0.307, P <0.05)。结论 IFN-γ、NKG2D在肺癌患者血清中呈现低表达,而IL-6、TNF-α在肺癌患者血清中呈现上升趋势,IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、NKG2D与肺癌发病及进展密切相关。
