Objective To observe clinical effect of periodontal regeneration surgery combined with oral orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis.Methods Using the random number table method, 94 cases of patients with periodon-titis in the Urumqi City Hospital's Stomatology clinic were divided into combination group and control group, 47 cases in each group, combination group with periodontal tissue regeneration surgery combined with orthodontic treatment, the control group only received periodontal tissue regeneration therapy, before and after treatment, clinical index changes were compared be-tween the two groups of patients.Results After treatment combination group's GI was (0.32 ±0.15) points, PLI was (0.96 ±0.28) points, SBI was (1.82 ±0.40) points, PD was (2.85 ±0.19) mm, CAL was (1.90 ±0.58) mm, which were sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group of GI was (0.57 ±0.20), PLI was (1.23 ±0.35), SBI was (2.13 ±0.37), PD was (3.14 ±0.25 mm, CAL was (2.30 ±0.55) mm ( t =6.856, t =4.130, t =3.900, t =6.332, t =3.431, P <0.05).After treatment, two groups'SNA, SNB and ANB angle were significantly better than those before treatment ( P <0.05), and the combined group's SNA angle was (71.5 ±2.6) degrees, SNB angle was (72.3 ±1.3) degrees and ANB angle was (0.7 ±0.2) degrees, which were significantly better than control group, the angle of SNA was (73.2 ±2.7) de-grees,SNB angle was (74.0 ±1.4) degrees,ANB was(0.8 ±0.2) degrees ( t =4.120, t =3.153, t =2.041, P <0.05). 3 months after treatment, compared with before treatment, 2 group patients 'VAS score were significantly reduce ( P <0.05),and the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Treatment of periodontitis in combination group's cure rate was 65 `.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 44.68%(χ2 =4.304, P <0.05);combination group's total effective rate was 97.87%, which was significantly higher than control group of 87.23%(χ2 =3.859, P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of periodontal surgery combined with orthodontic treat-ment of periodontitis was significantly better than the regeneration of periodontal tissue regeneration.%目的 观察牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎患者的临床效果.方法 选取2014年5月—2015年1月乌鲁木齐市口腔医院口腔门诊收治的94例牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组各47例,联合组采用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗,对照组仅采用牙周组织再生术治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后的临床指标变化情况.结果 治疗后联合组的GI(0 Z.32±0.15)分、PLI(0.96±0.28)分、SBI(1.82±0.40)分、PD(2.85±0.19)mm、CAL(1.90±0.58)mm均显著低于对照组的GI(0.57±0.20)分、PLI(1.23±0.35)分、SBI(2.13±0.37)分、PD(3.14±0.25)mm、CAL(2.30±0.55)mm(t=6.856、4.130、3.900、6.332、3.431,P<0.05).治疗后2组的SNA、SNB及ANB角均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组的SNA角(71.5±2.6)°、SNB角(72.3±1.3)°及ANB角(0.7±0.2)°均显著优于对照组SNA角(73.2±2.7)°、SNB角(74.0±1.4)°、ANB(0.8±0.2)°(t=4.120、3.153、2.041,P<0.05).治疗后3个月复查2组患者的VAS评分较治疗前均显著的降低(P<0.05),且联合组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).联合组牙周炎治愈率为65.96%,显著高于对照组的44.68%(χ2=4.304,P<0.05);联合组总有效率为97.87%,显著高于对照组的87.23%(χ2=3.859,P<0.05).结论 牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的临床效果显著优于单纯采用牙周组织再生术.
