心力衰竭:合理药物治疗与降低再入院

摘要

Heart failure is a major public health issue ,which has a high prevalence , incidence and mortality , and has seriously affected people ' s life and survival .Although domestic and international guidelines have clearly stated how to stand-ardize the use of drugs for the treatment of heart failure and improve prognosis , the patients ' utilization rate of the related drugs in the guidelines is unsatisfied .In addition, the readmission inducements of patients with heart failure are very complex , which results in a higher rate of readmission .It is because of the interaction of various factors , leading to the high medical cost in patients with heart failure and bringing people a great economic burden .The article reviewed the drug treatments , readmis-sion and medical cost in patients with heart failure .%心力衰竭是一个重要的公共卫生问题,有很高的患病率、发病率和病死率,严重影响人们的生活与生存.虽然国内外指南已明确指出了如何规范化使用药物治疗心力衰竭患者并改善其预后,但患者对指南中相关药物的使用率却不尽如人意.另外,心力衰竭患者的再入院诱因十分复杂,导致患者再入院率较高.正是由于上述各种因素的相互作用,导致心力衰竭患者的医疗费用较高,给人们带来了很大的经济负担.现就心力衰竭患者的药物治疗情况、再入院情况及医疗费用进行评述.
