全膝关节置换术后感染的预防与处理

摘要

In this paper, the infection rate and risk factors of infection after total knee arthroplasty were analyzed, and the microbial factors were also taken into consideration. According to the patient's symptoms, it is commonly used in laboratory assistant examination, combined with intraoperative frozen section. So that we can improve the positive diagnosis rate of infection, and provide help for the diagnosis and treatment.%本文通过对全膝关节置换术(TKR)术后感染发生率与感染危险因素进行分析,并从微生物因素加以考虑;根据患者的症状,对其进行常用的实验室辅助检查,再结合术中冰冻组织切片,这样可以提高感染阳性诊断率,并对诊断和治疗的选择提供帮助.
