低血糖是糖尿病治疗中的一大难题,既有效又安全的降糖方案是糖尿病临床治疗最为迫切的需要.胰岛素是降糖治疗的重要手段,其中预混胰岛素类似物就很好地兼顾了治疗的有效性和安全性,它在有效控糖同时,还具备餐后血糖控制好、低血糖发生少、血糖波动小、方案灵活、使用方便、适用群体广的优势.%Hypoglycemia is a major problem in the treatment of diabetes. The effective and safe control of blood glucose is an urgent need for clinical treatment of diabetes. Insulin is an important method of hypoglycemic therapies. Premixed insulin analogues can take advantage of both the efficacy and safety, besides effective blood glucose control. It shows some superiorities, such as better prandial blood glucose control, lower incidence of hypoglycemia, significant improvement of blood sugar fluctuations, more flexible treatment options, easier application, and having a much wider applicable subjects.
