多囊卵巢综合征患者糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗特点的分析研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics of abnormal glycolipid metabolism and IR in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods The 161 PCOS women and 150 age-matched normal women were enrolled in this study.The glycolipid metabolism and insulin resistance of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the index of abnormal glycolipid metabolism and BMI were higher in the PCOS group.Women with PCOS were found to have higher levels of glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,lower HDL-C,LDL-C,BMI,and IR and to have than their nonPCOS counterparts (all P＜0.05).Conclusion There are dysglycemia,dyslipidemia and IR in the PCOS patients.More attention should be paid to correcting the abnormal glycolipid metabolism to prevent cardiovascular events.%目的 了解多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者糖脂代谢及IR的特点. 方法 选取PCOS患者161例(PCOS组)及年龄匹配的健康女性150名(NC组),比较两组的血糖、血脂及IR情况. 结果 PCOS组糖、脂代谢指标、BMI均高于NC组,且血糖、血脂、BMI更高,IR加重(P＜0.05). 结论 PCOS患者具有糖脂代谢异常及IR,要积极纠正代谢异常,预防心血管事件.
