The prevalence of T2DM, one of the metabolic diseases, is increasing year by year and getting popular in young people IR caused by impaired glucose uptake in peripheral tissue especially skeletal muscle tissue is one of crucial mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of T2DM Recent studies showed that HDAC plays an important role in regulation of skeletal muscle gene transcription, providing a possible action target in the treatment of metabolic diseases.
