血红素加氧酶-1与糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

DPN的发生发展是复杂的、多种致病因素共同作用的结果，氧化应激（OS ）和炎症在其中发挥重要作用。血红素加氧酶‐1（HO‐1）及其降解产物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡、促血管生成等多种功效，可作为DPN防治研究的新靶点。%[Summary] The pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN ) is the result of complex multiple concurrent pathogenic factors ,among which oxidative stress and inflammation play important roles. Multiple data have indicated that haem oxygenase‐1 (HO‐1) and its degradation products products possess the functions of anti‐oxidation ,anti‐inflammation ,anti‐apoptosis and pro‐angiogenesis ,which now becomes a new target for the treatment of DPN. We will briefly review the progression on the research of HO‐1 and DPN.
