1 293例皮肤恶性肿瘤回顾性分析

摘要

目的 分析天津地区皮肤恶性肿瘤的临床病理资料, 了解其发病特点, 为其可能的发病机制、预防措施提供线索.方法 采用系统性回顾的方法, 对本院2006年-2015年病理诊断为皮肤恶性肿瘤的病例资料进行数据分析.结果 1 293例患者中, 男女之比为1.12:1, 差异无统计学意义;发病年龄:60岁以上患者共853例, 占65.10％;头面颈部为好发部位, 共计635例, 占49.11％;病理分型以基底细胞癌、Bowen病和侵袭性鳞状细胞癌多见, 分别占总病例的50.97％, 16.01％及11.06％.结论 相对于国内外其他研究资料, 天津地区皮肤恶性肿瘤的发病情况有一定的自身特点, 对深入研究皮肤恶性肿瘤发病机制及防治有重要的临床意义.%Objective In order to investigate the clinical features and changes of the skin cancer patients in Tianjin.Elucidate possible clues for the pathogenesis and provide feasible preventive measures. Methods Clinical data of skin cancer lesions confirmed histopathologically from 2006 to 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by using statistical methods. Results Among 1 293 patients with skin cancer, the ratio of male and female was 1.12:1, and there was no significant difference. The elderly patients over 60 years were 853 cases, accounting for 65.1％ of all cases. Skin cancer occurred mostly in the head and neck of the patients, which was up to 635 patients accounting for 49.11％. The basal cell carcinoma, Bowen disease and invasive squamous cell carcinoma were the three major histological types representing 50.97％, 16.01％ and 11.06％ among the total cases respectively. Conclusion The clinical features of patients with skin cancer in Tianjin region are different from other provinces and abroad in some aspects. It has important clinical significance to make a further study of epidemiological studies, pathogenesis and prevention of skin cancer.
