瘙痒症患者瘙痒与生活质量状况的调查研究

摘要

目的 分析评价瘙痒症患者的瘙痒特点和生活质量状况.方法 采用问卷调查的方法,评价315名瘙痒症患者的瘙痒特征和生活质量状况.结果 瘙痒症患者的生活质量评分为12.1,不同程度和不同部位的瘙痒症患者生活质量各不相同,瘙痒评分越高,生活质量评分也越高,生活质量越差.结论 瘙痒症患者生活质量明显受损.%Objective To study the characteristics of patients with pruritus and to survey the life quality of them. Methods Questionnaire with dermatology life quality index and score of itch were adopted to assess the life quality and the characteristics of 315 outpatients with pruritus. Results The average score of dermatology life quality index(DLQD) of patients with pruritus was 12.1 The DLQD had relationship with the score of itch: the higher score of itch, the higher the degree of severity, the worse the life was.Conclusion Itch degrades the life quality in patients with pruritus.
