Objective To investigate the occurrence of pruritus in patients with diabetes and related factors of the site. Methods 90 cases with diabetes pruritus from January 2010 to January 2013 were enrolled into test group, and clinical data were analyzed, to observe the occurrence of pruritus and its site. 90 cases of pruritus without diabetes were selected into control group. The occurrence of diabetes pruritus related factors were summarized and an-alyzed. Results The patients with perianal and genital itching most, accounting for 36.67%, followed by generalized itching, accounting for 23.33%. After univariate analysis showed that age, duration of smoking, drinking, dyslipid-emia, retinopathy, peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, and macrovascular disease were diabetic pruritus fac-tors (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that over 65 years,≥10 years of disease duration, dia-betic retinopathy in diabetic patients with pruritus were main factors. Conclusion Diabetes pruritus is mostly occur in the perianal and external genital tract, and the whole, body. Over 65 year-old, diabetes,≥10 years of disease dura-tion, and diabetic retinopathy are pruritus main factors.%目的：了解糖尿病患者发生瘙痒症的部位及相关影响因素。方法选取2010年1月至2013年1月间入院诊治的90例糖尿病瘙痒症患者，设为实验组，回顾性分析其临床资料，并观察总结患者瘙痒症的发生部位。选取同期入院诊治的糖尿病非瘙痒症患者90例，设为对照组，总结并分析发生糖尿病瘙痒症的相关影响因素。结果实验组患者以肛周及外生殖器瘙痒最多，占36.67%，其次为全身瘙痒，占23.33%。经单因素分析显示，年龄、病程、吸烟饮酒、血脂异常、视网膜病变、周围神经病变、糖尿病肾病、大血管病变是糖尿病瘙痒症的影响因素（P<0.05）。经多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示，65岁以上、≥10年病程、合并视网膜病变是糖尿病患者发生瘙痒症的主要影响因素。结论糖尿病瘙痒症以肛周及外生殖道器、全身瘙痒发生居多，糖尿病患者65岁以上、≥10年病程、合并视网膜病变是发生瘙痒症的主要影响因素。
