养血祛风汤对特应性皮炎小鼠模型血清IgE、IL-4和IFN-γ的影响

Objective In order to observe the effect of Yangxue Qufeng decoction on semm IgE,interleukin (IL)-4 and interferon (IFN)-γin mouse models of atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods Thirty mice were selected.After successful modeling with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene,the mice were divided into experimental group,control group and blank group,which was given to the corresponding drugs by gavage,respectively.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)was used to test IgE,IL-4,IFN-γlevels 15 days later.Results The pathological change of lesions in the model mice of the control group was consistent with atopic dermatitis,serum IgE and IL-4 levels were elevated,and IFN-γ levels were decreased.After treatment with Yangxue Qufeng decoction,serum IgE and IL-4 levels in the experimental group were determined.The level decreased significantly (P＜0.01) and the level of IFN-γ increased (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qufeng decoction can regulate the levels of serum IgE,IL-4 and IFN-γ in mouse models of AD.At the same time,it can significantly improve the erythema,exudation,and lichenification of skin lesions.%目的 观察养血祛风汤对特应性皮炎小鼠模型血清IgE、白细胞介素(IL)-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ的影响.方法 选取30只小鼠,经2、4-二硝基氟苯造模成功后,将小鼠分为实验组、对照组、空白组,分别给予相应药物灌胃,15d后采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测各组IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ水平.结果 对照组小鼠皮损处改变病理符合特应性皮炎改变,血清IgE、IL-4水平升高,IFN-γ水平下降,经养血祛风汤治疗后,实验组血清IgE、IL-4水平显著下降(P＜0.01),IFN-γ水平升高(P＜0.05).结论 养血祛风汤有调节特应性皮炎小鼠模型血清IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ水平的作用,同时对皮损处红斑、渗出、苔藓化有明显改善.
