便携式B超在急性对冲性颅脑损伤患者术中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨便携式彩色超声诊断仪(简称B超)在急性对冲性颅脑外伤患者术中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析术中应用便携式B超指导手术治疗的75例急性对冲性颅脑外伤手术患者的临床资料.结果 75例对冲性颅脑损伤患者存活70例,其中恢复良好48例,轻残15例,中残3例,重残2例,植物状态2例,死亡5例.结论 便携式B超对急性颅脑外伤特别是对冲性颅脑外伤患者术中时能够准确定位,缩短手术时间,减少手术损伤,在急性颅脑损伤患者中具有很好的应用和推广价值.%Objective To discuss ihe application of mobile inlraoperalive B - mode ullrasound in acule craniocerebral Lrauma especially coup and conlrecoup head injury. Results In all of 75 palienls 48 recovered well, 15 lighlly disabled,3 moderalely disabled^ severely disabled, 2 was under vegelalive slale and 5 died.
