大鼠上下颌突未分化外胚间充质细胞的体外培养

摘要

目的：建立体外培养大鼠上下颌突未分化外胚间充质细胞的方法。方法：于饲养层细胞上用组织块培养法作原代培养细胞；免疫组织化学法鉴定细胞来源。结果：培养的细胞呈单层贴壁生长，细胞起源鉴定为外胚间充质细胞。结论：建立了一种简便培养大鼠未分化外胚间充质细胞的方法，为下一步的研究工作奠定基础。%AIM：To cultivate mandibular and maxillary ectomesenchymal cells from the embryonic rat. METHODS: Tissue explant technique was used.Cells were identified by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: The cultured cells displayed monolayer growth.That were ectomesenchymal oringin,which was proved by immunohistochemical stain. CONCLUSION: It is a simple method to cultivate ectomesenchymal cells from embryonic rat.
