三种药膜对成人牙周炎的疗效研究

摘要

目的：对比评价3种可吸收性药膜对成 人牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：应用 刚果红染色记数、全自动生化酶分析等方法，检测螺旋霉素 ( SPI )、甲硝唑 ( MNZ )单方 药膜及螺旋霉素-甲硝唑 ( SPI-MNZ )复方药膜局部用药前后各项临床指标、细菌学指标及 生化指标的变化，对比评价其对成人牙周炎的治疗作用。结果： 3种药膜用药前后各项检 测指标均有明显改变，其中SPI-MNZ复方药膜用药后各项指标的变化最为显著，与SPI 、MNZ 单方药膜相比具有显著性差异，而两种单方药膜相比无明显差异。结论：3种药膜局部应用 均具有良好的临床疗效，而 SPI-MNZ 复方药膜比单方药膜能更有效地控制牙周组织炎症， 改善牙周炎临床症状，具有更大的临床应用前景。%AIM: To compare and evaluate the effects of different periodontal drug membranes in the treatment of adult periodontitis. METHODS: The effects of spiramycin(SPI), metronidazole(MNZ) and SPI -MNZ mixed drug membranes in the treatment of adult periodontitis were assessed by the coloration of Congo-red and the analyse of biochemical enzymes. RESULTS: There were significant differences between the me dication groups and control groups. The SPI-MNZ mixed drug membranes were mo re effective than SPI or MNZ membranes. There were no statistical differen c es between SPI and MNZ drug membranes in regarding to the clin ical efficacy. CONCLUSIONS: Periodontal drug membranes are effective in the management of adult periodontitis.Compared with other simple membranes, SPI-MNZ mixed drug membranes ensure more satisfactory clinical ef fectiveness, predicting their greater potentiality of clinical application.
