在军医院校口腔医学本科教学中设置军事口腔医学必修课程的初步探讨

摘要

The military oral medicine is a science of studying the principle and method of military oral health service in the army,which is highly specialized.However,there is no such course in military medical education system.To explore the feasibility of establishing a required course of military oral medicine in the undergraduate curric-ulum in order to optimize the education for dental students in the military medical university as well as to promote the development of oral health service in the army,we carried out this study by the means of giving lectures,reporting gains from learning,questionnaires,etc.As results,the designed structure of military oral medicine fullfilled the needs of dental students in the understanding of the significance of military oral health service,and helped students to grasp the basic theory and skills of military oral health service for the establishment of a solid foundation for health service.%军事口腔医学是研究军队口腔卫勤保障规律和方法的科学，具有特殊性。目前，军事口腔医学在我国军队院校医学教育中尚属空白。本文通过开展选修课、文献研究、小型讨论会、当面咨询等方法，对设置军事口腔医学必修课程设置进行初步的探索。结果表明，军医院校军事口腔医学必修课程设计，能满足口腔医学专业学员在军事环境下领悟军事口腔卫勤保障的意义，使学员们能够掌握军事环境下口腔医疗保障基本理论和基本技术，为适应未来卫勤保障需求打下坚实基础。
