肥胖与牙周炎相互作用机制的研究进展

摘要

Obesity is due to excessive body fat accumulation or abnormal distribution that lead to weight gain.Obsity not only attributes to the occurrence of diabetes,cardiovascular disease and cancer,but also is a risk factor for periodontitis.In recent years,the experimental and clinical studies have shown that obesity is associated with peri-odontitis .Secretion of adipokines and oxidative stress are involved in the occurrence and development of periodontitis. In addition,periodontal pathogens and the tooth lose may alter dietary and then lead to obesity .This review focuses on the relationship between obesity and periodontitis and its interaction mechanism.%肥胖是由于机体能量过剩所导致的脂肪在体内过度堆积或分布异常，进而使体质量增加的一种疾病。其不但可以促进糖尿病、心血管疾病以及癌症的发生，同时也是牙周炎的危险因素。近年来，实验室和临床研究均表明肥胖与牙周炎之间具有相关性，脂肪组织通过分泌的脂肪因子以及氧化应激等参与牙周炎的发生发展。而牙周致病菌以及牙周炎晚期牙齿的缺失又会使患者的饮食结构改变，并进而影响肥胖。本文就牙周炎与肥胖的关系及其相互作用机制作一简单的综述。
