基于JESS和J2EE的自动扶梯安全检验专家系统研究

     

摘要

为了解决自动扶梯安全检验项目的安全风险无法量化,导致检验结论出现偏差的问题,开发了基于JESS和J2EE的自动扶梯安全检验专家系统。该系统根据《TSG T7005-2012电梯监督检验和定期检验规则-自动扶梯与自动人行道》所列检验项目的不同失效部件和失效形式,推理出不同的风险级别和检验结论。系统采用J2EE技术,实现B/S模式的人机交互。采用JESS作为专家系统的逻辑规则引擎,解决复杂的匹配问题。应用表明,自动扶梯安全检验专家系统可以提高自动扶梯安全检验工作的可操作性和准确性。%An expert system for escalator inspection based on JESS and J2EE was build to decrease the deviation of safety inspection by quantization of inspection items. The escalator inspection expert system can reason the risk rank and inspection conclusion according to the different failure parts and failure modes listed in "TSG T7005-2012 Regulation for lift supervisory and periodical inspection-Escalators and moving walks". The J2EE was used to realize the B/S type human-computer interaction. The expert system use JESS as the rule engine to solve the complex matching problem. Applications show that the expert system can improve the maneuverability and the accuracy of escalator safety inspection.
