海洋丛式井组隔水管和换热器管束等在流体作用下,会诱导管束振动及碰撞,导致管束断裂失效.将弹性管离散成梁单元,采用非线性结构动力学方程描述;将圆筒流体域离散成实体单元,采用计算流体动力学方程描述.在流固耦合界面处,推导了界面位移、速度和载荷计算公式及收敛判断准则,建立了圆筒内横向流体与弹性管耦合的分域求解算法.算例表明,其分域与全域求解计算结果吻合较好,本文算法为复杂流体域内多根管束的振动及碰撞问题求解提供行之有效的计算方法.%In the marine flatbed,nuclear power stations and oil fields,cross flow in the fluid field induces vibrations and collision of the marine risers and heat exchangers,and even causes failure with.In this paper,the flexible pipe was discretised into several beam elements,and the dynamical equation was adopted to describe the structure.The fluid domain of the cylinder was discretised into hexahedral solid elements.And the computational fluid dynamics equation was adopted to describe the fluid.At the fluidstructure coupling interface,the formulas of displacement,velocity and load were derived and the corresponding convergence criterion was also derived.Thus the partitioned coupling algorithm was established for the flexible pipe and the transverse fluid in the cylinder.Numerical examples showed that compared with the results of monolithic coupling algorithm,the error was small.And the method established in this article will provide an effective computational method for vibrations and collision of bundles in a more complex fluid domain.
