三种高脂乳剂诱导实验性大鼠高脂血症模型的比较

摘要

目的 探索理想的大鼠高脂血症动物模型造模方法.方法 参考文献改进3种大鼠高脂配方,并制成高脂乳剂给大鼠灌胃,14 d后眦内静脉取血测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的含量.结果 三种高脂配方均不同程度的使大鼠血清中脂代谢紊乱.结论 高脂配方3可在短时间内形成高脂血症大鼠模型.%Objective To explore the ideal experimental rats model for research on hyperlipidemia.
