人源化鼠嵌合肝动物模型研究进展

摘要

Animal model is an important instrument for human diseases research, pathogenesis, medicine research. At present, liver diseases still damage human healthy seriously because there are no proper animal models to effectively reflect procedures of human diseases. Therefore establishment of animal model of tolerant rats with chimeric human liver will have extensive application prospects for pathogenesis of human liver diseases, vaccine and medicine exploitation and treatment of human liver diseases.%动物模型是人类疾病研究、发病机制、药物研发的重要工具,对于困扰人类健康的肝脏疾病还没有理想的动物模型能有效地反映出人类疾病发病的机制.建立人源化鼠嵌合肝动物模型,对于研究人类肝脏疾病的发病机制、疫苗和药物的研发及疾病的诊治等方面都具有十分广阔的应用前景.
