Objective To improve the fishermen's ability to prevent hypertension and change their unhealthy life styles and behaviors.Methods 980 fishermen (age≥35) came from 5 communities (Da Dongao,Yue Ao,Zhang Zhou,Xiang Lian and Yan Chang) located in Zhu Jiajian,to perform all-round hypertension intervention.Results After one-year intervention,the percentage of hypertension awareness,regular therapy and normal blood pressure significantly increased in this population (P<0.05),and that of hypertension-relative knowledge awareness and taking physical exercise also markedly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions It's effective to carry out all-round hypertension intervention among fishermen.Health education and health promotion should be deeply developed in community.%目的 提高渔(农)民高血压防治知识水平,改变渔(农)民不健康的生活方式和行为.方法 对浙江省舟山市朱家尖大洞岙、月岙、樟州、香莲、盐厂等5个村委(社区)≥35岁常住渔(农)民980人进行高血压综合防治干预.结果 经过1年的社区高血压综合干预,社区渔(农)民高血压的知晓率,坚持治疗率及控制率有明显提高(P<0.05);高血压相关的知晓率有明显提高(P<0.05);体育锻炼人数明显增加(P<0.05).结论 对渔(农)民开展高血压综合防治干预是有效的.社区应深入开展高血压健康教育.
