非小细胞肺癌中FOXO3a蛋白的表达及意义

摘要

Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of forkhead box 03 a ( F0X03 a ) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) and its correlation with the occurrence and development of the neoplasm. Methods The expression of F0X03a and CD34 in 69 cases of NSCLC was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of F0X03a in patients with NSCLC was connected with histologic grading of malignancy and lymphatic metastasis ( P <0. 05 ). The expression of F0X03a in patients with NSCLC was irrelevant to the age, gender, smoking history, tumor type and size ( P >0. 05 ). It was negatively correlated between the expression of CD34 and F0X03a ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of F0X03a in patients with NSCLC demonstrates that the F0X03a can inhibit the progression of the malignant tumor and control the microangiogenesis in cancers.%目的 探讨转录因子FOXO3a在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell carcinoma,NSCLC)组织中的表达与NSCLC发生、发展的关系及其意义.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测69例NSCLC组织中FOXO3a和CD34的表达情况.结果 (1)FOXO3a在NSCLC的表达与肿瘤组织学分级和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05).(2)FOXO3a在NSCLC的表达与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤类型、肿瘤大小均无关(P>0.05).(3)FOXO3a与CD34在NSCLC的表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 FOXO3a在NSCLC的表达情况提示FOXO3a可以限制恶性肿瘤进展及控制癌组织中微血管的形成.
