卵巢浆液性腺癌中EphA2和EphB2的表达及意义

摘要

目的 观察EphA2、EphB2在卵巢浆液性腺癌(ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,OSA)中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤FIGO分期、病理分级、复发、细胞增殖、患者预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测60例OSA中EphA2、EphB2的表达及细胞Ki-67的增殖指数.结果 (1)EphA2在60例OSA中仅有16例阳性,11例弱阳性,5例强阳性,阳性率为26.7%.(2)EphB2的阳性率为73.3%,其表达与FIGO分期相关,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组的阳性表达高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(P<0.001);与病理分级相关,高级别组的阳性表达高于低级别组(P=0.017);与复发无关(P=0.109);与患者预后相关,EphB2阳性组的生存率低于阴性组(P=0.046).(3)Ki-67增殖指数为60%,EphB2的表达与Ki-67增殖指数呈正相关(P=0.046).结论 EphB2可能促进OSA细胞的生长增殖,其高表达提示患者预后不良.%Purpose To detect the expression of EphA2 and EphB2 in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and the relations with FIGO stage, pathological grade, clinical relapse, proliferation and prognosis. Methods The expression of EphA2, EphB2 and Ki-67 were examined in 60 ovarian serous carcinoma with immunohistochemistry method. Results ( 1 ) The positive expression rate of EphA2 was only 26. 7% , weak and strong positive were found in 11 cases and 5 cases respectively. ( 2 ) The positive expression rate of EphB2 was 73. 3% , it was correlated with FIGO stage and the expression in stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ was greater than in stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ ( P <0. 001 ). It was also correlated with pathological grade and the expression in high grade was greater than in low grade ( P = 0. 017 ). There was no relationship between EphB2 and the clinical relapse of the carcinoma ( P = 0. 109 ). Lower survival rate of the patients was found in the group of positive expression of EphB2 ( P = 0. 046 ). ( 3 ) The proliferation index of Ki-67 was 60% and we found a positive correlation with the expression of EphB2 ( P =0. 046 ). Conclusions EphB2 may play an important role in the cell proliferation of ovarian serous carcinoma, which may predict the poor prognostic for the patients.
