近年来的研究指出,即使是微量和轻度的三尖瓣反流,也对原发疾病的远期预后有着重要的影响,因此本文对FTR的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为功能性三尖瓣反流的临床研究提供些许参考.%Functional tricuspid regurgitation (FTR) is defined as tricuspid regurgitation due to other secondary factors in the absence of significant myocardium and tricuspid valve lesion. This is common in healthy people and patients with structural heart disease. FTR may not present obvious symptoms for a long time. Mild tricuspid regurgitation is often mistaken for a normal phenomenon, did not cause enough attention. Recently studies showed that even trace and mild tricuspid regurgitation have a significant impact on long-term prognosis of primary disease. Therefore, this article will review the clinical studies of FTR to provide some references for clinical work.
