目的 探讨孤立性心房颤动(LAF)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)1441C/T基因多态性,及LAF、CRP1441C/T基因多态性与其血清CRP浓度之间的关系.方法 采用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)技术对116例LAF患者(病例组)和112例健康体检者(对照组)行1441C/T基因型检测,并分别检测两组血清CRP浓度.结果 病例组中含T等位基因及CT基因型增多,且病例组发现一例TT基因型,但两组间CRP1441C/T基因型和等位基因频率分布均无差异;行组间和亚组比较,病例组血清CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);分别行组内及亚组比较,发现CT+TT基因型与CC基因型者CRP血清浓度无差异.结论 LAF患者中T等位基因及CT基因型增多;LAF患者血清CRP水平明显高于对照组.%Objective To investigate the lone atrial fibrillation(LAF)patients with C reactive protein(CRP)gene 1441C/T polymorphism,and the relationship between LAF,CRP1441C/T gene polymorphism and serum CRP concentration. Methods Using restriction fragment length polymorphism polymerase chain reaction(PCR-RFLP) technique in 116LAF patients(case group)and 112healthy subjects(control group)for detection of 1441C/T genotype,and serum CRP levels in two groups. Results T allele and CT genotype increased significantly and a case of genotype TT was found in case group,but there were no differences between the two groups of CRP1441C/ T genotype and allele frequency distribution among groups;and serum CRP concentration in sub groups and the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)respectively;group sub group,CT+TT and CC genotype CRP serum concentration had no difference between patients with CT+TT and those with CC genotype. Conclusion T allele and CT genotype increase in patients with LAF,and serum CRP levels in patients with LAF are significantly higher than those in controls.
