紫杉醇对子宫癌患者血清及组织中血管内皮相关因子的调节作用

摘要

Objective To study the regulatory effect of paclitaxel injection on vascular endothelial related factors in serum of uterine cancer patients.Methods 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with paclitaxel (observation group)and 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with surgery (control group)were selected.Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA)was used to detect expressions of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF), Interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the serum TNF, IL-8 and TSGF in observation group and control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGFwere significantly lower than before treatment ,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel can decrease serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGF in patients with uterine cancer,which provides a new theoretical basis for its anticancer effects.%目的：探讨紫杉醇注射液对子宫癌患者血清及组织中血管内皮相关因子的调节作用。方法选取手术治疗子宫癌患者（对照组，n＝30）及紫杉醇治疗子宫癌患者（观察组，n＝30），采用化学发光免疫法（chemiluminescent immunoassay，CLIA）检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor，TNF）、白细胞介素-8（interleukin-8，IL-8）和恶性肿瘤特异生长因子（tumor specific growth factor， TSGF）的表达。结果治疗前，观察组血清中TNF、IL-8及TSGF与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义。2组治疗3个月后，观察组血清中TNF、IL-8和TSGF表达低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论紫杉醇能降低子宫癌患者血清中TNF、IL-8和TSGF含量。
