对中药知识产权与中药品种保护的探讨

The problem of intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed, the TCM protection system and patent protection system are studied. The author puts forward some deficiencies of the existing protection system, and puts forward some improvement methods possible.%文章对于中药知识产权问题进行了探讨，将中药品种保护制度与专利保护制度进行了对比研究，提出了现有保护制度的一些不足，并提出了可能的改进方法。
