祛瘀消肿散联合手法干预促进桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能恢复的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical study of the effect of removing blood stasis and eliminating powder on the recovery of wrist function after distal radius fracture.MethodsA total of 82 patients with distal radius fractures were selected from September 2012 to October 2016.The random number table method was divided into study group and control group.The two groups were given intervention, and the study group (VAS score), the correlation index(swelling time, pain time, fracture healing time), clinical curative effect and the recovery of wrist function were observed and compared with the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment group, the swelling time, pain time (P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate was 87.80% higher than that of the control group (68.29%) (P<0.05).After treatment, the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the wrist function scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe combined effect of removing blood stasis and eliminating powder is effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures, which can effectively reduce the pain and reduce the healing time of the fracture and promote the recovery of the wrist function.%目的 探讨祛瘀消肿散联合手法干预促进桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能恢复的临床研究.方法 选取2012年9月~2016年10月浙江医院骨伤科收治的82例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,2组均给予手法干预,观察组另联合祛瘀消肿散治疗,对2组治疗后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)、相关指标(消肿时间、止痛时间、骨折愈合时间)、临床疗效及腕关节功能恢复情况进行观察比较.结果 治疗后2组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗后观察组VAS评分分别均较对照组降低显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组消肿时间、止痛时间、骨折愈合时间分别均较对照组显著短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床总优良率87.80%,较对照组68.29%显著高(P<0.05),2组治疗后腕关节功能评分分别均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗后观察组腕关节功能评分分别均较对照组降低显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 祛瘀消肿散联合手法干预对桡骨远端骨折患者临床疗效显著,可有效消肿止痛,显著缩短骨折愈合时间,显著促进患者腕关节功能恢复.
