黄芩茎叶总黄酮对脑组织缺氧的保护作用

摘要

Objective:To study the protection of TF against brain anoxia.Methods:Mice were given different dosage by way of ig for there weeks,Three weeks later,we made model of brain anoxia of mice and determined the glutahion proxidase(GSH-PX)activity and the lipid peroxide(LPO) content in the brain homogenates.Results:Compared with the contral group,TF markedly prolonged the breathing time after mice being headed,increased the activity of GSH-PX and decreased the LPO content in the brain homogenates.Conclusion:the protection of TF against train anoxia is related to increasing activity of GSH-PX and decreasing content of LPO.%目的：研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮(TF)对脑组织缺氧的保护作用。方法：小鼠脑缺氧模型采用断头制备。过氧化脂质(LPO)采用改良TBA法测定，谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力采用化学比色法测定。结果：黄芩茎叶总黄酮200、400、800mg*kg-1显著延长小鼠断头后喘息持续时间，降低脑组织LPO含量，提高GSH-PX活力，且呈一定的量效关系。结论：黄芩茎叶总黄酮对脑组织缺氧有显著保护作用，其作用可能与抑制膜脂质过氧化物的含量和提高GSH-PX活力有关。
