目的:对比小针刀加菱形阻滞和温针法治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效.方法:将巧2例创伤性膝关节滑膜炎病人随机分为2组.治疗组86例,治疗组用膝关节菱形阻滞和小针刀松解法,每周1次,1～3次治愈;对照组66例,在内外膝眼、阳陵泉、足三里、鹤顶、阴陵泉、血海等穴位上温针灸,每天1次,10d为1个疗程.在治疗结束时和治疗结束后6个月分别统计近、远期疗效.结采:治疗组近、远期有效率为96.51%、97.67%,对照组近、远期有效率为69.70%、66.67%,2组近期、远期疗效比较采用Wilcoxon秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:小针刀加菱形阻滞治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎方法简便,疗效确切.%Objective: To compare therapeutic effects of little needle-knife with lozenge block therapy and acupuncture with Moxibustion on traumatic knee synovial inflammation. Method; 152 patients with traumatic knee synovial inflammation were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treated group 86 patients with little needle-knife with lozenge block therapy. Once every 10 days and 1-3 times a cure. Control group 66 patients with acupuncture with Moxibustion. Acupuncture with Moxibustion of points Neixiyan Waixinyan Yanglingquan Zusanli Heding Yinlingquan Xuehai. One time a day and 10 days for a course. The short-term and the long-term therapeutic effects were observed at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment. Result: The short-term and the long-term therapeutic effects were 96. 51% and 97.67% in treated group were 69. 70% and 66. 67% in control group. The short-term and the long-term therapeutic were compared by Wilcoxon test and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusion; Using a little needle-knife with lozenge block treatment method is simple and curative effect.
