Objective: To test the functions of Zhang-Fu visceral organs and meridians regulated with craniosacral techniques that approaches to evaluate the role and efficacy of craniosacral technique. Methods: 15 healthy young volunteers were treated by craniosacral therapy. The functional changes of Zhang-Fu visceral organs and meridians were measured with the meridian detector before and after treatment. Results: To determine the functional status of Zhang-Fu visceral organs before and after treatment that shows significantly better for post-treatment than pre-treatment. Measured functional status of the twelve meridians before and after treatment; the differences between post-treatment and pre-treatment were statistically significant. Conclusion: The functions of Zhang-Fu visceral organs and meridians were improved significantly by Craniosacral therapy. The meridian testing methods with the meridian detector can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of craniosacral techniques.%目的:应用检测脏腑和经络功能的方法,评价颅骶技术的疗效和作用方式.方法:对15例健康青年志愿者行颅骶技术治疗,用经络检测仪分别测量治疗前后脏腑和经络功能的变化.结果:测定治疗前后脏腑的功能状态、左右手足各十二经脉的功能状态,比较治疗前后的参数,结果表明治疗后脏腑和经络功能明显改善.结论:颅骶技术对脏腑和经络的功能有明显的调节作用,经络检测的方法可用于评价颅骶技术的治疗效果.
