中药芩楼颗粒治疗煤工尘肺病的临床研究

摘要

目的:观察芩接颗粒治疗煤工尘肺病的有效性及安全性.方法:125例煤工尘肺患者,口服芩楼颗粒治疗,观察患者于治疗1、2、3个月后症状、肺功能、血气分析、胸部X片变化及安全性情况.结果:症状在治疗1、2、3个月后与治疗前与治疗前、治疗1、2个月后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗后肺功能较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05),不良反应轻微.结论:芩楼颗粒能改善煤工尘肺患者的症状和肺功能.%Objective:To obverse the curative effect and safety of Qilou granule in treating coalminer' s pneumoconiosis.Methods:125 cases of Coalminer' s Pneumoconiosis according with study standard were choose to tread with Qinlou granule for 3 months.Clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,chest radiography and safety situation were determined at 1 month,2 months and 3months after treatment.Results:Clinical symptoms were improved at 1 month,2 months and 3months after treatment(P ＜0.01).Forced vital capacity (FVC),At the first second breath of the percentage of the amount of forced expiratory volume (FEV1.0％) and maximum midexpiratory flow rate (MMFR) were improved after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Adverse reaction was slight.Conclusion:Qilou granule could improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function in Coalminer' s Pneumoconiosis patients.
