目的:通过观察肾病舌象探讨舌象与肾病之间的关系.方法:将门诊300例肾病患者作为观察对象,应用舌象采集设备拍摄,经多名中医专家比对并将舌象分类分析.结果:在舌体现察中舌体胖在脾肾气虚型中占74％,舌体瘦在肝肾阴虚型中占73％；在舌苔观察中舌苔湿在脾肾气虚型中占74％,舌苔干在湿热证中占64％,血瘀证中表现出灰苔占47％.结论:舌象中舌色对本病的辨证意义不大,而舌形、舌苔及苔色对本病的辨证意义较大.%Objective; To study the relationship between nephropathy and tongue picture. Method: Observation and comparison of clinical features of 300 patients with nephtopathy in outpatient department. The techniques of camera was used to study the tongue image analysis through the famous physician. Resu observation on ligulate,deficiency type of Qi of the spleen and kidney case( DQSK) was 74% from the tongue body fat; the type of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin case was 73% from the tongue body thin. Observation on tongue color,DQSK was 74% from moist tongue fur;In syndrome of dampness-heat case was 64% from the tongue body dry; Grayish coating case was 47% in syndrome of blood stasis. Conclusion:ligulate included in Colour of Tongue Fur is important to treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the nephropathy,and not is tongue color.
