浅谈郑钦安《医法圆通·服药须知》内涵

摘要

"Yi Fa Yuan Tong"was written by ZHENG Qin-an of the Qing Dynasty.The book discusses the theory,syndrome differentiation,treatment and prognosis of San Yin diseases,based on the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians.In this book,Si-Ni formulations are famous for Yang-warming in the treatment of Shaoyin disease,which sets a precedent for yang-warming method.But in the process of using hot property drugs in large dosage,abnormal symptoms will appear.In this article,the essence of abnormal symptoms will be concluded through studying ZHENG Qin-an books,"Shang Han Lun"," Lingshu" and clinical literatures,with the purpose of providing theory basis for clinical application of Si-Ni formulations.%清·郑钦安《医法圆通》是一部以阴阳为纲、以《伤寒论》六经辨证为基础,重点论述三阴病理论、辨证、治疗和预后的专著,其中尤以少阴病的温阳法为著,以善于“四逆辈方”为常,被后世称为“火神派”的开山之作.然在用大剂量热性药物治疗阳虚阴盛病证而出现种种“反常”现象,郑氏特列《服药须知》专篇.故通过整理郑钦安著作、结合《伤寒论》《灵枢》原文以及后世该学派医家的文献,总结出在扶阳治疗过程中出现种种异常表现的本质,为扶阳法及四逆辈方的临床应用提供理论依据.
