论滋阴药在湿热病证中的运用

摘要

吴鞠通在《温病条辨》中提出湿温病“禁润”一说,认为湿温初起“润之则病深不解”.据此后人在湿温及湿热病论治时,多畏阴柔滋润之药会导致病邪入里而难治,对滋阴药的使用与否往往存在争议.临证中湿热、湿温兼见阴伤者并不罕见,故据多位名医之论述并结合笔者临证观察与导师临床经验,认为湿热、湿温并非禁用滋阴药,且合理使用滋阴药有助于除湿热,并对湿热病证兼夹“阴虚”之机理进行论述,探讨了滋阴药在湿热病证中的运用原则和方法.%After the theory of "nourishing yin is forbidden in treating Heat Diseases" is proposed by Wu Ju-tong in his Analysis of Heat Diseases,doctors are afraid that using yin tonics will worsen the situation and there is great argument about whether using or not in differentiating and treating damp-warm and damp-heat diseases.Damp-heat and damp-warm combined with yin deficiency are common in clinical.The paper proposed that nourishing yin can be used in treating dampheat and damp-warm with reasonal compatiblity,which is conclude from the experiences by the author and the tutor as well as other articles.The paper also discussed the mechanism of damp-warm combined with yin deficiency and the application principal and method of using nourishing yin herbs in treating damp-heat disease by summarizing others' discussions,cases and experiences.
