《外科正宗》针法治疗痈疽经验

摘要

对明·陈实功《外科正宗》在中医治疗痈疽方面的学术成就进行了较为系统的整理总结.《外科正宗》中包含中医内治法和中医外治法,其中中医外治法有针法、灸法、外敷、熨法、吹药等,而常用的外治法是针法和灸法.故主要从陈实功针法治疗痈疽经验方面进行总结,用以指导现代临床的应用,现将陈实功使用针法治疗痈疽过程中常用针具、针刺时机、针刺方法、针刺禁忌等方面进行总结.%Through arranging literature of Wai Ke Zheng Zong (Orthodox Lineage of External Medicine) from Ming dynasty,which be written by Chen Shi-gong,relatively systematic summed up that traditional Chinese medicine treat the "Yong Ju"(carbuncle and phlegmon).In Wai Ke Zheng Zong,there are TCM internal and external treatment,The TCM external treatment including acupuncture,moxibustion,external application,ironing therapy,insufflation therapy,etc,and is commonly used treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.This article mainly summarized from the aspects of Chen Shigong treatment "Yong Ju" experience with acupuncture,to guide the modern clinical application.Chen Shi-gong used acupuncture to treat "Yong Ju" process,commonly used needle,needle timing,method of acupuncture,acupuncture taboo,etc.
