中药配伍组分改善糖尿病大血管病变的作用机制

摘要

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Traditional Chinese medicine composition (TCMC) on improving Diabetic macrovascular complication(DMC)rabbits,symptoms.Methods:The research adopted the DMC rabbits model by alloxan intravenous injection with abdominal aorta intima balloon injury,and intervened the model by TCMC (40％ Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide,30％ huanglian alkalis,30％ Panax notoginseng saponins) of high,medium and low dose.Results:It is showed that TCMC can reduce the content of FBG、GHB、GSP、AGEs、TC、TG、LDL-C and hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ET in the blood.Conclusion:TCMC can improve DMC by decreasing the content of blood glucose,lipids,inflammation factors in the blood.%目的:探析中药配伍组分改善糖尿病兔大血管病变症状的作用机制.方法:建立四氧嘧啶静脉推注配合腹主动脉内膜球囊损伤术诱导大兔的糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化模型,以中药配伍组分(40％麦冬多糖,30％黄连生物碱,30％三七总皂苷)高、中、低剂量进行干预.结果:中药配伍组分能够有效降低FBG、GHB、GSP、AGEs、TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ET的含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,其中高、中剂量组疗效更佳.结论:中药配伍组分能够降低血糖相关指标,调整脂质代谢紊乱,缓解炎症反应进展,从而有效地改善糖尿病大血管病变症状.
