头孢呋辛钠回收工艺研究

摘要

Objective To study and improve the recovery process of rejected cefuroxime sodium. Methods Rejected cefuroxime sodium was recovered through one-step process.Studied the effect of the amount of water, hydrochloric acid, activated carbon, sodium lactate and reaction temperature on the yield and color of the product and established the optimum process conditions. Results The yield of the process was 92%, and the quality of product conformed to the Chinese Pharmcopoeia standards. Conclusions This method was simple, rapid and easy to be scaled up and industrialized.%目的 研究和优化不合格头孢呋辛钠回收工艺.方法 采用一步法工艺回收不合格头孢呋辛钠,考察了工艺中水量、盐酸量、活性炭量、乳酸钠量及反应温度对产品收率和色泽的影响,确立了最佳的工艺条件.结果 回收收率92％,产品质量符合药典标准.结论此方法简捷、易于产业化.
