Vibrio harveyi is a marine pathogen that can infect a variety of aquatic animals,including crustaceans,shellfish,and fish,causing acute septicemia,exophthalmos,and chronic skin ulcers.The traditional treatment for these diseases is using antibiotics.However,the emergence of drug-resistant strains and antibiotics residues in aquatic animals have been serious threats to the health of their consumers.Thus,the European Union and other countries have banned the use of antibiotics in aquaculture for Vibrio harveyi disease.Therefore,it is urgent to seek new eco-friendly antimicrobial agents.Phage therapy has received widely attention for its unique advantages in the control of bacterial diseases.In this paper,we summarized the epidemiology,pathogenesis,and phage control of Vibrio harveyi,to provide theoretical and technical basis for the biocontrol of Vibrio harveyi infections in aquatic animals by phages.%哈维弧菌是一种海洋致病菌,可感染甲壳类、贝类和鱼类等多种水产动物,引发患病动物急性败血症、突眼和慢性皮肤溃疡等.一直以来多采用抗生素控制该病,然而耐药菌株的出现和抗生素在养殖动物体内的残留,已经严重威胁到消费者健康,欧盟等国家已经禁止使用抗生素预防水产养殖动物哈维弧菌病,因而亟待寻求新的生态友好型抗菌剂.噬菌体因其在治疗细菌性疾病方面的独特优势而受到广泛关注.本文拟就哈维弧菌的流行病学、致病机制、抗生素治疗存在的问题及其噬菌体治疗研究进展进行概述,以期为噬菌体防控水产养殖动物哈维弧菌病提供理论和技术依据.
