中华蜜蜂欧洲幼虫腐臭病rn病原的药物试验研究

摘要

本研究在对自然发病的中蜂欧洲幼虫腐臭病(EFB)的病原蜂房蜜球菌进行分离鉴定的基础上，着重对蜂房蜜蜂球菌的敏感药物进行了筛选研究。研究分为三个层次，第一层：临床常规用于蜂病防治的抗生素的研究；第二层：中草药有效成份提取物的研究；第三层：应用均匀设计原理进行中草药配方的研究。通过以上研究，拟对EFB防治药物的更新换代和“绿色蜂药”的使用打下基础。%The honey bee EFB pathogen was isolated from the dead Api s cerana cerana larvae naturaly infected with EFB．According to the cultural，morp hological，physiological and biochemical， serological characteristics；and the resu lts of molecular biological test and inf ectivety test the pathogen was identifie d as Melissococcus pluton．The sensitivity test divided into three steps．1.studing the antibiotics commonly used in honey bee diseases．The results showed that the pathogen was very sensit ive to Erythromycin，Josamycin，Midecamyci n，Cefalexin but was resistant to Sulfame thoxazole timethoprim and Norfloxacin．2. Studying the MIC and MBC of effective co mposition extraction from some tradition al Chinese medicine，the results showed that Kandofort MIC 1；640，the medicine co nt ent was 3.125 μl／ml，MBC 1∶20，50 μl／ml．An othe r medicine′s MIC 1∶1280，the medicine con tent was 781.2 μg／ml，MBC 1∶320，3125 μg／m l． 3.Using Uniform Design method to manage test data，we used 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and made up two effect ive prescriptions for EFB．
