饲粮添加短乳杆菌对生长猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)对生长猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.选择108头平均体重为(24.49±1.61) kg的(70±2)日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交生长猪,按性别、体重和窝源基本一致原则随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪.3组猪分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.05%短乳杆菌(试验Ⅰ组)和基础饲粮+0.10%短乳杆菌(试验Ⅱ组),试验期30 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组的平均日采食量、料重比和试验Ⅱ组的平均日采食量均显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组粪便中的乳酸菌数量显著提高(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05);3)与对照组相比,试验组的血清白蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组达到极显著水平(P<0.01);球蛋白含量极显著升高(P<0.01);白球比极显著降低(P<0.01);结合珠蛋白含量极显著降低(P<0.01);干扰素γ含量显著升高(P<0.05).结果提示,短乳杆菌能够显著改善生长猪肠道菌群环境,提高机体免疫力,改善生长性能.%To evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus brevis on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of growing pigs, a total of 108 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred growing pigs aged (70 ±2) days with an average body weight of (24. 49 ±1. 61) kg were divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 pigs per replicate according to the principle of the same sex, body weight and litter. The pigs in the 3 groups were fed a basal diet (control group) , the basal diet +0. 05% Lactobacillus brevis (group Ⅰ ) and the basal diet+0.10% Lactobacillus brevis (group Ⅱ ). The trial lasted for 30 days. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group, average daily feed intake (ADFI) and the ratio of feed to gain in group Ⅰ were significantly decreased (P <0. 05) , and the ratio of feed to gain in group Ⅱ was significantly decreased (P<0.01);2) compared with the control group, there was a decrease in the number of E. coli (P < 0. 05) and a increase in the number of Lactobacillus in the fecal samples of growing pigs in group Ⅱ (P < 0. 05); 3) compared with the control group, serum albumin content in groups I and II were significantly decreased (P <0. 05 and P <0. 01, respectively) , serum globulin content was significantly increased (P < 0. 01) , serum albumin/globulin was significantly decreased (P <0. 01) , serum haptoglobin content was significantly decreased (P<0. 01) , and serum interferon-7 (IFN-γ) content was significantly increased (P < 0. 05). The results show that Lactobacillus brevis can significantly improve the balance of the intestinal micro-ecosystem, immunity and growth performance of growing pigs.
