益生菌和黄曲霉毒素 B1降解酶对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响及其作用机理

     

摘要

本试验旨在通过益生菌与黄曲霉毒素 B1(AFB1)降解酶的高效组合制备霉菌毒素解毒剂,测定其对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。试验选择1日龄健康爱拔益加( AA)肉仔鸡200只,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸡。A 组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,B(负对照组)、C、D和 E 组分别在基础饲粮中添加100μg / kg 的 AFB1,并按照0、0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的比例分别添加益生菌和 AFB1降解酶。试验期21 d。结果表明:与负对照组相比,添加益生菌和 AFB1降解酶可不同程度地提高肉鸡的平均日增重、营养物质代谢率及盲肠中乳酸菌的数量,显著降低肉鸡的死亡率、腹泻率及十二指肠中大肠杆菌数量( P<0.05)。添加0.15%益生菌和 AFB1降解酶可使血清中低密度脂蛋白含量降低(P<0.05),而间接胆红素含量、谷酰转肽酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著升高( P<0.05)。由此可见,益生菌与 AFB1降解酶的组合,可降低采食高剂量AFB1对肉仔鸡生长性能的不良影响。%Probiotics and aflatoxin B (AFB1 )degrading enzyme were combined to make detoxificating materi-1 als for determining its effects on growth performance of broilers and its mechanisms. A total of 200 one-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 8 broilers per replicate. Broilers in group A( control group)were fed a basal diet,broilers in groups B( negative control group),C,D and E were fed the basal diet containing 100 μg / kg AFBl,and supplemented with 0,0.05%, 0.10% and 0.15% probiotics and AFB1 degrading enzyme,respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed that compared with group B,the average daily gain,nutrient metabolic rates and caecum lactic acid bacteria number were increased,and mortality rate and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased in the groups added with probiotics and AFB1 degrading enzyme(P<0.05). Adding 0.15% probiotics and AFB1 degrading enzyme could decrease the serum low-density lipoprotein content,while increase the indirect biliru-bin content,glutamyltransferase activity and total anti-oxidation ability( P < 0. 05). It is concluded that the combination of probiotics and AFB1-degrading enzyme can decrease the negative effect of high dietary AFB1 concentration on growth performance of broilers.
