饲粮添加黄粉虫对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率和血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

本文旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平的黄粉虫对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率和血清生化指标的影响. 采用单因子试验设计,选取60日龄健康雄性水貂60只,随机分成5组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只. H0组水貂饲喂基础饲粮,饲粮中不添加黄粉虫;H4组、H8组、H12组、H16组水貂的饲粮中分别添加4%、8%、12%、16%的黄粉虫. 预试期7 d,正试期60 d.结果表明:1)2013-08-05至2013-09-15之间,H0组水貂的体重显著高于H16组(P<0.05),其他试验组水貂的体重差异不显著( P>0.05). 2)各组间水貂的干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率和脂肪消化率差异不显著( P>0.05). 3)各组间食入氮和粪氮排出量差异不显著( P>0.05) ,H4组的尿氮排出量显著低于H12组(P<0.05),H4组的氮沉积、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值显著高于H12组( P<0.05). 4) H4、H8 和H16 组血清胆固醇含量极显著高于H0 组( P<0.01);H4和H8组血清钙含量显著高于H12组(P<0.05),H16组血清磷含量显著高于其他各组( P<0.05). 由此可见,育成期水貂中添加黄粉虫没有明显提高水貂的生产性能,但当鱼粉等价格高于黄粉虫时,在饲粮中添加4%~12%的黄粉虫可等量替代鱼粉、肉骨粉等动物性原料.%This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different supplementation of dietary Tenebrio molitor L. on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical parameters of minks at the ear-lier development period. The trial was taken the single factor method, sixty 60-day-old minks were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 12 replicates per group and 1 replicate per group. H0 group fed with the basic diet without Tenebrio molitor L., H4, H8, H12, H16 groups fed diets supplemented with 4%, 8%, 12% and 16% Tenebrio molitor L., respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:1) from 2013-08-05 to 2013-09-15, the body weight of H0 group were significantly higher than that of H16 group ( P<0.05) , the other groups was no significant difference on body weight of minks ( P>0.05) . 2) The digestibility of dry matter, protein and fat were no significant differ-ence among all groups ( P>0.05) . 3) The nitrogen intake and fecal nitrogen output were no significant differ-ence among all groups ( P>0.05) , the urinary nitrogen excretion of H4 group was significantly lower than that of H12 group ( P<0.05) . The nitrogen deposition, net protein utilization and biological value of protein of H4 group were significantly higher than that of H12 group (P<0.05). 4) The serum cholesterol content of H4, H8 and H16 groups was significantly higher than that of H0 group (P<0.01). The serum calcium content of H4 and H8 groups was significantly higher than that of H12 group (P<0.05), while the serum phosphorus content of H16 group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). In conclusion, minks fed with Tenebrio molitor L. do not significantly improve growth performance at the earlier development period. When the fish meal price is higher than Tenebrio molitor L., we can add 4% to 12% Tenebrio molitor L. sub-stitute for fish meal, bone meat meal and other animal feed in the diet.
