果寡糖对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of fructooligosaccharide on growth perform-ance, nutrient digestibility, nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical indices of minks during growing peri-od. Fifty young male minks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates and each replicate had 1 mink. The control group ( group Ⅰ) was fed a basal diet, groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% fructooligosaccharid, and group Ⅴ was fed the experimental diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg veterinary terramycin. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1) the final weight and average daily gain of minks in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were higher than those in other groups, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05). Compared with control group, the final weight of minks in groupsⅣ andⅤ was increased by 4.1% and 3.6%, respectively, and the average daily gain of minks in groupsⅣandⅤwas both increased by 5.0%. 2) Dry matter intake of minks in group Ⅳwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅤ( P<0.05) . No significant differences were found in dry matter digestibility, protein digestibility and fat digestibility among all groups ( P>0.05) . 3) Ni-trogen intake in groupⅣ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ andⅤ( P<0.05) . Nitrogen retention, net protein utilization and protein biological value in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳwere higher than those in other groups, but the differences were not significant ( P>0.05) . 4) Compared with control group, the serum albumin con-tent in groupsⅢ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ was extremely significantly improved ( P<0.05) . The serum total protein content in control group was lower than that in other groups, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05). No significant differences were found in serum globulin, immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin M and triglyceride contents among all groups(P>0.05). The serum total cholesterol content in group Ⅴ was extremely significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.01), and significantly higher than that in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P<0.05). In conclusion, in consideration of all indices of this experiment, supplemented 0.9% fructooligosaccharide in the diet of minks during growing period can be alternative to 150 mg/kg antibiot-ic.%本试验在基础饲粮中添加果寡糖,旨在研究其对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响. 挑选体重相近的健康育成期雄性水貂,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只. Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.3%、0.6%和0.9%果聚糖的试验饲粮;Ⅴ组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加150 mg/kg兽用土霉素的试验饲粮. 试验期42 d. 结果表明:1)Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的末重和平均日增重高于其他组,但差异不显著( P>0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的末重分别提高了4.1%和3.6%,Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的平均日增重均提高了5.0%. 2)Ⅳ组的干物质采食量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05);干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率和脂肪消化率各组间均差异不显著( P>0.05). 3)Ⅳ组的食入氮显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的氮沉积、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值高于其他3组,但差异不显著(P>0.05). 4)Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的血清白蛋白含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);各组血清总蛋白含量有高于对照组的趋势,但差异不显著( P>0.05);各组血清球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M和甘油三酯含量均无显著差异( P>0.05);血清总胆固醇含量以Ⅴ组最高,极显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组( P<0.01) ,显著高于Ⅲ和Ⅳ组( P<0.05). 综合各项指标,育成期水貂饲粮中添加0.9%的果聚糖具有替代150 mg/kg土霉素的效果.
